The driver also touts support for Windows 11's Dynamic Refresh Rate tech, CUDA 11.6, and new Vulkan extensions. "DLDSR improves upon DSR by adding an AI network that requires fewer input pixels, making the image quality of DLDSR 2.25X comparable to that of DSR 4X, but with higher performance," Nvidia adds. The setting to enable the feature can be found in the Nvidia Control Panel in the Manage 3D Settings > DSR Factors section. The feature touts being able to render games at higher resolutions before shrinking the image intelligently while enhancing detail, smoothing edges, and reducing shimmering edges. Meanwhile, Nvidia is debuting its new AI-powered dynamic super resolution technology DLDSR (Deep Learning Dynamic Super Resolution) with this driver.
